THE WAGYU DIFFERENCE

The difference in Breeding Wagyu is unique as it is the only beef breed in the world that is NOT sold by the Kg as are all other beef breeds. As it is sold on its valued carcass marbling score. That being the case Wagyu is NOT in competition with other beef breeds, but all other breeds ARE in competition with Wagyu.

There are two main things Wagyu Beef has that the other beef breeds do not. One is the umami Taste that is unique to the Wagyu breed, and regarded as the Rolls Royce when it comes to taste.
The second is Wagyu beefs fat is non unsaturated fat the same as olive oil, where all the other beef breeds have saturated fat that goes hard and that clogs up your arteries, this is just one of the consumer health benefits that Wagyu has compared to all other beef breeds. Another is the amount of OMEGA 3 and OMEGA 6 in Wagyu Beef, it has more than all other beef breeds.
